Zeeland Girls in Armenian Arms

Summer of '42

While conducting my research, I came across the story of Hans Koster. Since the 1980s, Koster had attempted to locate his father, Mamigon Minassian, who was stationed in the Netherlands with the Wehrmacht during the war. It was there that Minassian met Koster’s mother. After the war ended, Minassian was repatriated back to the USSR. Koster’s story, as well as the stories of others born under similar circumstances, is told in this Dutch radio broadcast titled, “Zealand Girls in Armenian Arms”: http://peopleofar.wordpress.com/2012/01/22/zealand-girls-in-armenian-arms/#more-734
