Students who are citizens of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Russia and Turkey, studying in their home countries or abroad can participate in this contest.
Caucasus International (CI), the international academic journal, has launched a new essay competition for undergraduate students. Applicants should submit essays that address the question: “How can the South Caucasus achieve regional integration and security?”
The essays should be about 1,200 to 1,500 words, and should be original, unpublished work that demonstrates clear thinking and good writing skills. Entries must be written in English. Only one essay per participant is permitted.
The winning essay will be publish in the next issue of the journal. The winner will also receive a cash prize of US$400, and two honorable mentions will receive a one-year subscription to Caucasus International.
The deadline is August 10.
